Bluewater Express Boat

BlueWater Express is a 100% foreign investment enterprise specializing in high speed boat transport. They pioneered the fast boat service from Bali to the Gili islands in 2006, and are consequently the longest running operator in this field. They put the emphasis on safety, professionalism and guest satisfaction in all their services.

They are the only operator that offer multiple departure and arrival points (South Bali and East Bali), which is very popular for passengers planning on round trips from South Bali, via Gili Islands, back to Central Bali (eg. Ubud) via Padang Bai.

They are also not  a mass-operator, and are therefore aim to give premium service to their guests. In the (very rare) event of delays or cancellations and facing bad weather  they never wash their hands but always responsible and take care of their customers, ensure you arrive safely in your last destination.  They also provide partial refunds when passengers are transferred to other operators or take Slow Ferry.

Their well-known service standards are awarded from:

  • Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2016
  • Pacto Tours Top Supplier 2016 (silver) award 2016 at Pacto Award Night & Pacto Billionnaire Club Launch
  • Awarded Bali Best Brand Award in Top 10 Cruises 2016
